We take the burden of sourcing venues away from our customers. Our team are knowledgeable and experienced in negotiating contracts with our venues and will happily manage the whole process from start to finish. The end result is a seamless delivery of tests for our customers and a fantastic experience for the test taker.
Site Sourcing Process
A client request for a specific test centre is received and reviewed by the experienced Operations team.
The dedicated site sourcing team engages with our global network and the search for a suitable venue begins. Critical factors such as location, transport links and accessibility are factored into the search.
An extensive onboarding process begins to ensure the potential venue meets the minimum technical specifications, quality assurance processes, and is a safe and welcoming venue for delegates to sit exams.
If successful, the venue will enter into an agreement in which the maintenance of our high standards is paramount, and any required upgrades within the centre are implemented with immediate effect.
Training for the administration staff of a venue is delivered by our knowledgeable Operations team.
Selected examinations can then be held at the new venue. The venue is supported by our Operations, and Technical Support teams before, during and after the exams, ensuring a seamless delivery and a great experience for the delegates.
We then conduct an ongoing performance measurement audit of each of our testing venues, to ensure our high standards are maintained and a quality service is delivered.
